ERGOPRISM uses the BIM method in order for you to witness thoroughly the simulation of the building’s construction in a 3D model, during every stage of the construction.

Having a comprehensive view of the end result, prior to construction, we can easily detect vulnerable parts of the construction, problems that may arise during construction, issues that may need special tackling as well being able to discuss material options and applications based upon cost and architectural aesthetics.

The modern methodology of work we have chosen to pursue enables us to plan an accurate and efficient budget.
After the completion of the project, we give out a technical manual of maintenance and management of the building.

ERGOPRISM assumes:

  1. We undertake the management and administration of projects according to BIM standards, offering the rest of the work teams all of the method’s advantages. We devise a budget and a master plan of general management, so as to achieve high quality at a low cost.

  3. By modelling the project we have the opportunity to devise a very realistic monetary plan which is dynamic. Meaning that whichever quantitative or qualitative change in design is made, the budget is automatically updated and recalculated.

  4. With the 3D architectural design into a ΒΙΜ model, we offer a 3D architectural model which shows every material being used exactly as applied with all of their qualities. Using this model we can easily extract any 2D design one may need and they are all connected dynamically to the 3D model and to each other. Any minor change will be automatically updated to every design. All of the BIM designs are given out to the associated engineers in BIM and DWG format. By using the Option design we may have a number of solutions in design as well as different scenarios for one or some aspects of the project into the same model. Με το Option design μπορούν να υπάρξουν διάφορες σχεδιαστικές λύσεις και σενάρια για κάποιο ή για κάποια σημεία του έργου πάνω στο ίδιο μοντέλο. Εν συνεχεία, αναλόγως με το τι θα αποφασιστεί, αυτόματα και χωρίς καμία περεταίρω εργασία, κρατάμε ως προεπιλεγμένο σενάριο ή λύση το επιθυμητό.

  5. In 3D Engineering design we devise designs of plumbing, mechanical and electrical installations where all the wiring, cabling and tubes are depicted in current structures or how they are going to be running across when installed in a building. Thus we can foresee whether the paths and crossings of any network affects structural elements, we see which changes have to be made at the architectural or engineering design and we make more thorough decisions about the installations and resolve quickly possible issues. From this design, we produce plumbing, air-conditioning and heating as well as electrical designs. The whole sum of these designs, are handed out to the customer in the form of a structural manual of the building.
